Is vinyl plank really waterproof?
Rigid-core and SPC vinyl planks are waterproof — water won’t damage the planks themselves. We still recommend cleaning up spills and standing water promptly.
Can vinyl go over my existing floor?
Sometimes. It depends on the existing floor’s condition and height. We’ll check during the measure and let you know what prep is needed.
What’s the difference between LVP and SPC?
SPC (stone-plastic composite) is a type of rigid-core vinyl with a very dense core, which makes it extra stable and dent-resistant. We’ll explain the options when we estimate.
