Return policy by brand

Return terms are set by each manufacturer, so they vary by brand. The policy for each item is also shown on the product page and at checkout.

Online orders — pickup

We’ll hold your order for pickup for 14 days after it’s ready. Orders not picked up within 30 days of being ready may be charged a storage fee, and orders not picked up within 90 days are forfeited without refund.
