Return Policy for R and M Flooring Limited (RM Flooring)

 

To Begin a Return: Please reach out to us at customerservice@rmflooring.ca and provide:

  1. Your order number;
  2. A detailed list of items you wish to return, including product codes;
  3. Photographs of each item intended for return.

Order Return Conditions:

  • a) Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the original delivery date.
  • b) Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition—unused, unmodified, uninstalled, and unmarked.
  • c) Clearance items and special orders are excluded from our money-back guarantee.
  • d) Upon receipt and verification that the items meet these conditions, we will process your refund, less applicable fees.
  • e) Returns will not be accepted without photographs verifying the item’s condition.

Return Fees:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Shipping fees are deducted as follows:
    • Parcel delivery: $9.99 + tax.
    • Oversized parcel delivery: $35 + tax.
    • Scheduled Delivery (pallet delivery): Charges will be provided based on a shipping quote.

Specific Product Conditions: Heat Cables and Thermostats:

  • Must be returned in unopened, original packaging with the seal intact to qualify for a return.

Flooring Orders:

  • a) Entire orders must be returned; partial returns are not accepted.
  • b) A 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund. Pick-up and return shipping will be arranged by RM Flooring, with costs provided in a quote.
