Can anyone get contractors pricing?

No. Only Contractors, Designers, and Builders will have access to these special pricing. 

What is required to get setup with an account?

You must be a valid Contractors, Designers, or Builders with a valid GST #. 

How do I get pricing?

Once you are assigned your account manager, it is simple. You simply take a look at our suppliers websites by following the links on our site. When you find flooring you would like to purchase let your account manager know the product, how many sqft you need and the name of your project. Your account manager will then provide you with the pricing that will be valid for 15 days. 

How much of a discount would i get?

From the size of your order to the specific product chosen, numerous factors influence the discount you’ll enjoy. Generally, anticipate a generous markdown ranging between 20-30% off retail prices.

Can we see samples?

You are welcome to come visit our showrooms to take a look at samples. If we do not have the sample in our showroom, your account manager may be able to order a sample for you.
